We have trained and certified personnel in Level II Non-Destructive Testing according to the ASNT TC 1A recommended practice, including Liquid Penetrant and Magnetic Particle testing, as well as welders certified to AWS D1.1 and CWB 47.1 standards.
Engineering
A full team of engineers dedicated to analyzing, developing, coordinating, and verifying the tooling and equipment for your product’s manufacturing, using the most advanced technology and proper resources to keep your production running at the right pace.
Quality
On-site product inspections are continuously carried out using the most advanced equipment and techniques, including coordinate measuring machines, FARO arms, and non-destructive testing by qualified personnel.
Initial Operations
This includes all cutting processes such as bar cutting with band saws, steel plate cutting with laser, plasma, or oxy-fuel, plate bending with a 350-ton press, and various deburring processes including grinding, shot blasting, and automatic sanding.
Machining
STAM offers a wide variety of CNC machining centers, CNC lathes, horizontal machining centers, and a broad range of vertical machining centers. For oversized parts, STAM provides large-scale double-column CNC machines and a horizontal boring machine.
Welding
STAM is equipped with cutting-edge welding equipment that allows operators to weld faster, with less spatter and better dimensional control, while saving up to 25% in electricity consumption and most importantly, producing welds that meet our clients’ requirements.
Coatings
STAM has personnel with over 25 years of experience in applying liquid paint using solvent-based and water-based coatings for anti-corrosion protection on carbon steel parts. An advanced 9m x 6m x 5m shot blasting booth prepares the steel surface for optimal adhesion and an excellent final finish. For oil industry applications, STAM developed and built a Manganese Phosphate coating area.
